[Santana's clearly just gotten out of the shower, as her hair is wet and she's wrapped in a large towel. She's going back and forth from the closet--shuffling through clothing and tossing shoes over her shoulder--and over to a mirror to do a whole skin care routine. Kurt should be proud.

Oh yeah, and she's also singing this. Guess someone watched the movie recently.

It really does. I haven't been over there in awhile so if you're asking about someone new I probably can't tell you. Stay away from Ryuho's mirror. Just trust me on this one.
